POST /reset

Key considerations for CWC (flow markets)

1. This is implemented for Fixed lines.
2. For CWC Fixed Accounts, the reset will be performed by Resolve system.
3. Currently this is out of scope for BB, as BB only have FTTH devices.
4. The reset can be performed only for HFC devices, error will be thrown for FTTH device as it is not supported by Resolve.
